60mmx60mmx 30mm Concave tool steel rotor blades for the ZSS Single Shaft Shredders.
The blades are made from high quality tool steel and manufactured to exacting tolerances and hardness ensuring longer life and high productivity .
Importantly, the design allows efficient cutting of material, rather than hammering, which reduces heat built-up & degradation of material. The cutter blocks have four corners so they can be easily rotated to refresh the sharpness of the cutting edge as they wear.
The rotor in the ZSS shredder are equipped with square blades. (Pictured Left and for sale on this website). These blades make light work of the heaviest application.
